Wellness journal

The size of the journal is 24 cm x 16 cm, inside it contains 200 pages with a weight of 90g. The paper feels like an old journal, it has a light texture, but what is important is that it does not show through when writing. The diary is in English.

There are 6 sections inside the journal. Each gives you the opportunity to try different forms of getting to know yourself and learn new methods of journaling. Inside you will find daily, weekly and monthly pages, various types of tasks and you will learn about various basics of wellbeing. You will also be able to monitor your current habits and improve them so that they work for your benefit.

The cover of the journal is covered with a soft touch coating, which gives it a beautiful and very aesthetic velor look, and a very pleasant, delicate touch.

There are a few insignificant typos in the log.

All materials used for the production of the journal are of the highest quality, and the printing house itself, where the journals were made, uses 100% renewable energy (hydroelectric power plants, photovoltaics, wind and biogas plants). It also has the FSC® certificate, which is intended, among others, for for entrepreneurs in the wood, paper, printing and publishing industries. Obtaining it is an assurance that the materials used in the production of books and other printed matter come from properly managed forests, controlled sources, recycled materials, or a combination of both.
